A counter clerk tries to keep a corded-phone call together while an enormous, black-banded penis rests inches from her foot, establishing a playful series of size and restraint fantasies. A cardigan-wearing woman looms over a smaller uniformed woman before the focus shifts to a flushed, ample-breasted milf taking a massive shaft, insisting, “I want you to make me cum,” as sweat, tremors, and “THROB” lettering turn overload into comedy. A ruler, an XXXL packet, and the promise that it is “around 12cm” push the scale joke further, culminating in a composed nurse telling her exposed patient, “I will now begin the treatment.”
