[Daraya. (環子)] We Get Along So Let's Do It All Four of Us!! (Hetalia Axis Powers)

England, France, Japan, and America abandon any pretense of a calm bath, stripping down until bare chests, hips, and straining bodies twist through a shameless four-man tangle of hands, mouths, and competing positions. England and France scramble over plans while America eagerly takes the lead and Japan counters with cool, unsettling composure. Their attempt to keep the fun “between the four of us” erupts into a comic system failure—and even the wall gives out—leaving every private scheme shattered as they cling together and choose to enjoy what remains.
