Following the title’s promise that a “kaijin” becomes a lover, a reclusive hikikomori is drawn into a disturbing bond with a female creature whose shifting body turns awkward closeness into grotesque body horror. Tentacled contact, breast-like growths, and a many-eyed green monster carry the story from intimate play into vore, while dialogue frames the creature’s hunger as pleasurable, possessive, and difficult to resist. The closing red, armored form seals the transformation into a relationship of domination, mixing obsessive attachment with predatory menace.
