A school-uniformed girl sits cramped on a toilet in a stark, red-lit chamber, her rounded belly and strained words turning a bizarre bodily transformation into a darkly comic scat-horror premise. The action then dives into a fleshy, tunnel-like space where two tiny male figures confront a churning organic mass, trading taunts about “manly pride” with alarm over a hard, rock-like obstruction before the grotesque scenery dominates the spread. In the final sterile corridor sequence, the girl reaches up with a red-tipped device as a pale cloud spreads around her, leaving the connection between the experiment, her condition, and the lurking threat unresolved.
