[Fumihiko] You Yoru (COMIC HOTMILK 2018-09)

After a night out with Tami, a brother and his lingerie-clad sister slip into a drunken, increasingly intimate encounter that makes their sibling bond feel dangerously unfamiliar. Her eager confessions, his pleased surrender, and a birthday exchange turn awkward hesitation into a charged back-and-forth of teasing, permission, and possessive need. As the pages race from bedroom setup to breathless physical escalation, the central tension is whether either sibling can stop once the forbidden desire has been named.
