[Slime no Kanmuri (Kanmuri)] ♂ Boukensha-san ga ♀ Elf ni Sarete Shinyuu(Nakama) to Musubareru Hanashi [desudesu]

An adventurer wakes up transformed into an elf maiden with an impossibly voluptuous body, as the cover's title 「冒険者さんがエルフにされて親友と結ばれる話」 ("A Story of an Adventurer Being Turned Into an Elf and Tied/Bound With a Close Friend") promises a twisted gender-bender fate. The panicked newly-feminine hero protests "THIS IS SCARY!" and "I WAS CAPABLE OF MOANING LIKE THIS!" while moaning "NO! NOT THERE!" as her friend takes aggressive advantage of her vulnerable new form, thrusting against her stockinged thighs. Days later, the curse takes a darker turn—she confesses "THE NEXT NIGHT, TOO..." and "WHENEVER NIGHT FALLS, FOR SOME REASON, MY LOWER BODY WILL ACHE UNBEARABLY," discovering a sudden "AAH?! COCK...?!" has appeared between her legs. Her elven companion, far from sympathetic, leers "YOUR BODY LOOKS COMPLETELY MY TYPE!" and "YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I HAD TO RESTRAIN MYSELF!" before pinning the helpless, gagged adventurer down for an intense creampie. Bred and broken by the one she trusted most, the former hero can only cry "AAH?! OH NO!" as she is taken roughly from behind.
