[Hino Hino] The Imprisoned Foreigner [Pangean]

Captured and bound by sinister figures, a foreign witch with pale hair and dark skin is hoisted by her wrists, stripped to a strappy harness that barely covers her swollen breasts and bare hips. Her captors sneer that her "hair and skin color" are repulsive and begin "purification" by pumping holy water through tubes that flood her from every orifice, inflating her stomach until it bulges obscenely. A spiked holy-water tool is pressed against her and worked inside, drawing pained gasps as she squirms against her rope restraints. Forced to choose between "purification" or "death," she endures increasingly invasive torment — urethra and anal penetration, spiked clamps, and relentless enema injections that leave her tear-streaked and trembling.
